We have successfully raised money for a number of groups and individuals. We will offer 50% of the profits from all items recycled to the group or individual. We will help in the marketing of your event. We offer any services that can help make your event a HUGE success! |

May 6 th event at Piedmont Hills High School
This event raised $1000 for 4 groups. The groups included a parents group for PHHS, basketball league and Bowling league. It was a fun event with many people stopping by to drop off electronic and computer items.
May 20th Elana Aal Cancer Fund Raiser
This event was very successful. This event was put together in 2 weeks. This event raised $1050 for Elana and her fight against cancer. The event also included a carwash and breakfast to raise money for Elana. Total amount raised was approximatly $16,000. Many people with great smiles came by with items to recycle. This was a great day had by all. If you want to donate to Elana's fund see information below.

Sept 16 Event for VCSV group
This was a very successful event. We raised money for Volunteer Center of Silicon Valley. They work with nieghborhood associations to handle money through the city. VCSV handed out water bottles and T-shirts to everyone who came with recycling. We raised close to $2000. We saved the landfill of over 300 monitors and TV sets. Thanks to all for making this event the most rewarding..

President Dear Earthcare Recycling, "The 2008 Grad Night Committee for Granada High School in Livermore, CA searched for an opportunity to raise money in order to put on a Safe and Sober Event for our graduating Seniors. "Recycling" was brought to our attention and we searched for a company that would not only recycle the electronic waste but be responsible about it. In our attempt to becoming a "green world" we do not need to add to the landfill! We found such a company, Earthcare Recycling out of San Jose. This company was absolutely fantastic to work with. Steve Ramona and his staff were fabulous! They not only unloaded vehicles of their "waste" but took time to explain how hard drives would be erased, how the electronics were going to be disposed of all with a smile and for FREE. We have already started talking to the class of 2009 about continued work with Earthcare Recycling. "We planned our first eWaste fundraising event with Earthcare Recycling in May. We had such a wonderful experience. . . Steve Ramona, our contact, was so professional and incredibly easy to work with. He even prepared the flyer/announcement that we sent out to all our families, and to other schools in our district.
The day of the event, Earthcare made it simple for people donating recyclable materials, they drove up and Earthcare personnel removed everything from the vehicles. It was a great way to get rid of a lot of old monitors, printers and more at our school site, and throughout the district.
It surely was one of our easiest fundraisers ever! We made money to support our many activities for our students, and we did something good for our environment too! All year, as a school we have been working on “going green”! Thank you Steve and Earthcare!"
